Tandem skydiving at 7600 meters is the king of tandem parachute jumps.

Once you have ordered and paid for the voucher, you can contact our secretariat to reserve a date. As these flights must have special permission from Skyguide, only certain dates are scheduled in advance.

On the day of the jump, once you arrive at our dropzone you can go to Check-in to redeem your voucher as well as carry out the administrative part.

This course is divided into two parts:

In the first phase, a tandem parachute jump 4000 (included in the price) will be carried out for familiarization with skydiving in general.

Then, you will be taken care of by one of our tandem instructors specializing in oxygen jumps who will give you a theoretical explanation of your tandem parachute jump. He will explain to you how the oxygen equipment works as well as all the theory behind tandem jumping.

With this theory complete, coordinating the flight with Skyguide air traffic control and surveillance radar will determine when the flight departs.

When your turn arrives, we will provide you with a jumpsuit for your jump. This is when the tandem instructor will put the harness on you, all the personal oxygen equipment and jump goggles, then you will head together towards our plane.

The plane will take off and you will be able to admire the Seeland during this climb of approximately 60 minutes. An accompanying technician will also be on the plane to check the oxygen system. The instructor will also be able to show you different points of interest within and beyond our Swiss borders.

Arriving at 7600 meters, a final check will be carried out. The door will open and the adrenaline rush will be there. With your instructor, you will set yourself up to take the big leap.

You will discover all the indescribable sensations of skydiving and free falling. Only a few people have been able to go to this altitude to skydive. You will be part of a minority who have had the opportunity to skydive at this altitude. Pure action!

Around 1500 meters the tandem instructor will open the parachute. You will be amazed at the calm that reigns at this altitude. The tandem instructor will explain to you how to direct a parachute. If you wish, you can even take control of it for a short while. He will also repeat the landing procedure for you.

Finally, you will land gently with the tandem instructor in front of our hangar.

This jump will remain an unforgettable moment and for an additional CHF 100.--, the tandem instructor will be able to record these moments with a GoPro to make them an unforgettable memory, to share later with your family and friends!

Information

Validity

The voucher is valid for 1 year after the date of issue. It can be transferred to another person. It cannot be exchanged for money. If the person does not wish to take the plunge, there is always the possibility of contacting our office and redeeming this voucher for another SWISSBOOGIE activity (e.g. plane flight).

Information line

On the day of the jump, before leaving home, call the number 032 485 11 33 (automatic answering machine), which will inform you if the general conditions allow the jumping activity in complete safety.

Video

Due to the high altitude, cold and pressure, it is not possible to make videos of the jump at 7600 meters. If you still want a video, it is possible to make one when jumping to 4000 meters. In this case, please contact the office by telephone on 032 485 11 11.

Equipment

Come with sneakers (without hooks), gloves and a sweater (without hood). If possible, wear thermal clothing (like for skiing).

Duration

For these 2 jumps, you have to count the whole day.
