Tandem 6000

Tandem jumping from 6000 meters is the next step if you want to enjoy a longer free fall time.

Once you have ordered and paid for the voucher, you can contact our secretariat to reserve a date. As these flights must have special permission from Skyguide, only certain dates are scheduled in advance.

On the day of the jump, once you arrive at our dropzone you can go to Check-in to redeem your voucher as well as carry out the administrative part.

Then, you will be taken care of by one of our tandem instructors specializing in oxygen jumps who will give you a theoretical explanation of your tandem skydive. He will explain to you how the oxygen equipment works as well as all the theory behind tandem jumping.

When your turn arrives, we will provide you with a jumpsuit for your skydive. This is when the tandem instructor will put the harness and jump goggles on you, then you will head towards our plane together.

The plane will take off and you will be able to admire the Seeland during this climb of approximately 40 minutes. An accompanying technician will also be on the plane to check the oxygen system. Halfway there, he will pass you the oxygen mask for the rest of the plane flight. The instructor will also be able to show you different points of interest such as the cities of Zurich and Geneva, the Swiss Alps, etc.

Arriving at 6000 meters, you will remove the oxygen mask and put on the jump goggles. The door will open and the adrenaline rush will be there. With your instructor, you will set yourself up to take the plunge.

You will discover all the indescribable sensations of skydiving and free falling. You will be one of the rare people who will have had the privilege of participating in this extraordinary sport.

Around 1500 meters, the tandem instructor will open the parachute. You will be amazed at the calm that reigns at this altitude. The tandem instructor will explain to you how to direct a parachute. If you wish, you can even take control of it for a short while. He will also repeat the landing procedure for you.

Finally, you will land gently with the tandem instructor in front of our hangar.

This jump will remain an unforgettable moment and for an additional CHF 100.--, the tandem instructor can record these moments with a GoPro to make the best memories to share later with your family and friends!

Information

Validity

The voucher is valid for 1 year after the date of issue. It can be transferred to another person. It cannot be exchanged for money. If the person does not wish to take the plunge, there is always the possibility of contacting our office and redeeming this voucher for another SWISSBOOGIE activity (e.g. plane flight)

Information line

On the day of the jump, before leaving home, call the number 032 485 11 33 (automatic answering machine), which will inform you if the general conditions allow the jumping activity in complete safety.

Duration

Allow at least half a day for this jump.

Equipment

Come with sneakers (without hooks) and gloves.
