NAFF Formation
Swiss skydiving license
Program
The NAFF course (After AFF) is the extension and improvement of the AFF basic course to obtain the Swiss skydiving license.
It includes at least 20 jumps including 4 jumps with a Jump-Master for controls. Each jump is dedicated to a specific program. For example:
- Security test
- Derive test
- Test figures
The student is monitored by an instructor during this program. The latter observes him during each test with binoculars to see if the briefing was put into practice correctly and following the jump, he provides the candidate with a complete debriefing. Of course, the instructor also discusses flying under canopy to allow the student to perfect landings.
Each jump is performed according to the pace desired by the student.
“Fun” jump
For the benefit of the NAFF course and depending on the level of their skills, the student also has the possibility of doing so-called “fun” intermediate jumps under the supervision of an instructor. These “fun” jumps cost an additional CHF 70.--. Rental of the parachute, altimeter, helmet, suit and liability insurance are included in this price.
License
A theoretical exam and a practical exam to obtain the license conclude this program. You then become a “Swiss licensed parachutist” and as such, recognized throughout the world.
